Centralized Control for Improved Efficiencies
To give operators an easy way to control multiple radio channels,
telephones, paging encoders, intercoms, video, and informational
assets, Zetron's Radio Dispatch Consoles integrate a complex
network of resources into a single system.
Tailored for Any Application
Zetron offers communication solutions to a wide-range of private
and professional organizations that need a dedicated radio-
telephone system to manage resources, coordinate operations,
distribute information, and control communications between
workgroups.
Unlimited Capacity
A central communications control center can be as simple as one
operator managing day-to-day operations with field personnel
through a single radio dispatch console. A large command and
control center can have over a hundred operators tasked with
critical communications and force management of thousands of
mobile personnel and workgroups.

Project 25 Compatibility
Homeland Security funding has created a large demand for
interoperable solutions and APCO Project 25 (P25) migratable
equipment. As one of the leading providers of radio consoles to the
public safety market, we are frequently asked if our radio dispatch
consoles are Project 25 'compliant'. This question is often asked
because federal homeland security communications interoperability
funds should only be spent on equipment that has a P25 migration
path. Zetron's Project 25 Application Note explains the status of P25
and the various interface options available for Zetron consoles.

Whatever the scope and complexity of the operation, Zetron can
configure a system that precisely meets the user's capability and
capacity requirements.

Acom - Advanced Communications System

The Acom Advanced Communications System is a fully-digital
switching and multiplexing system that represents the state-of-the-
art in integrated communication console technology for mission-
critical applications. Acom’s end-to-end digital architecture
integrates voice (radio and telephone), data, paging, and video
communications to provide unmatched flexibility and ease-of-use.
Series 4000 Communications Control System

The Series 4000 is a communication control system designed for
medium-sized communications centers. In addition to exceptional
reliability, the Series 4000 offers easy programming and economical
upgrades. The Series 4000 provides operators with an efficient
means of monitoring and dispatching with up to forty-eight radios,
both conventional and trunked.
Unique Series 4000 capabilities include PC-based operator positions,
trunked radio compatibility, and an integrated instant recall
recorder that captures radio traffic on each channel.
Series 4000 Common Control Units
The Common Control Unit (CCU) is the central controller
responsible for switching and routing multiple audio channels
between operating positions and the external devices such as base
stations, control stations, repeaters, telephones, monitor receivers,
and intercoms. The CCU also provides 72 relay switched outputs, 48
opto-isolated inputs, and 192 non-isolated inputs for control and
monitoring of external devices.
Two sizes of common controllers are available. The primary
difference between the two CCU models is capacity, which ensures
an economical upgrade path. The Model 4020 provides a single card
cage solution for configurations requiring a maximum of 6
operating positions, up to 20 channels, and 10 cross channel
patches. For larger applications, the Model 4048 accommodates up to
16 operating positions, 48 channels, and 24 cross channel patches.
The Model 4048 can be mounted in an optional cabinet.
Series 4000 Operator Positions
The Series 4000 supports full-featured PC-based workstations,
desktop pushbutton, and rackmount pushbutton console positions.
Any combination of these operator position options may serve on
the same Series 4000 Common Controller.
Model 4010 Radio Dispatch Console

The popular Model 4010 Radio Dispatch Console packs more
capability into a compact package than any other small console
available. It accommodates up to 12 radio channels and 2 telephone
lines, and it provides many of the dispatcher-friendly features
found in Zetron’s larger consoles.
DCS-5020 TETRA Digital Console System

The DCS-5020 is a Digital Console System designed to meet the
needs of the smaller operations control room. Combining telephony
and both digital TETRA and analogue conventional radio control
,
the DCS-5020 supports up to 6 screen based operator consoles. DCS-
5020 meets a range of professional applications in the emergency
services, transportation, utilities and private industry.
Although offering many of the features of a traditional console system, the
DCS-5020 is based on an architecture of distributed processing
which removes the requirement for a central switch, even with
multiple operator positions. This ensures a fully scalable solution,
even down to a single operator position and provides a high level of
system resilience for mission critical applications.
Zetron offers a line of console furniture that is designed for
mission-critical applications that require operators to control a
complex network of multiple input devices. A workstation can
integrate premium acoustic panels, dual adjustable surfaces, lift
platforms, and modern ergonomic devices to ensure the operator a
high-degree of comfort and efficiency. Console furniture can be
assembled into virtually any desired console configuration to meet
the unique installation requirements.
