HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned with all original packaging, tags, etc, unless there is a manufacturer defect (which may require that you return to manufacturer). All item’s warranty is honored through the manufacturer, not Seminole Communications Inc. dba SCI-2-WAY.
You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase’s delivery, customized and/or special order, and/or freight only items cannot be returned/canceled after order is placed.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.
2. UPS/FEDEX your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items cannot be returned if they are missing tags, missing parts, in used condition, or if considered special order. Special Order items drop ship from the manufacturer and cannot be returned to the store.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items that are approved for return are subject to a 20% restocking, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition (and with receipt of purchase from us), you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. No exchanges for items that are considered special order or that ship via truck line.
